METAPHYSICS PROPERTIES:
If pearls are rare, Black Pearls are even rarer, even as a cultivated pearl. This is simply because black pearls would only grow in one type of oyster - the black-lip oyster, and can grow only one pearl at a time. It normally takes up to more than 1 to 2 years to grow to a desirable size like this one we have here.
Black pearls always have a mysterious aura surrounding them, given the rarity of it, and Black Pearls are rarely "just black"! These pearls have a playful shimmers of colour spectrum ranging from iridescent peacock, gold, blue, lavender and pink on the surface. If you hold it under natural sunlight, you will able to see this playful colour shimmering depending what angle you are looking at it from. There is little wonder why Black Pearls are nicknamed "Queen of Pearls" and "Pearl of Queens".
We dedicated all our water cultivated gemstones to the Greek goddess Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. And same as pearls, the goddess was born from the sea.

Pearls can come in slightly different shades (lustre) and shapes, as it is an organic matter. Therefore colour might be slightly different from the photograph advertised above. Our selection of Black Pearls are slightly baroque (not perfectly round, but it is near perfect and in shape of an orb), please bear in mind baroque pearl has an organic origin, and therefore each pearl has a slightly different shape and could be slightly different from the photograph. However the differences are very minor. Our collection of Black Pearls might have a slightly size difference varies between 2-3mm.
